Marketing Manager

You’ll define MONOKEI’s marketing direction, treading the fine line between connecting MONOKEI across different cultures while maintaining a subtle experience. As marketing manager, you’ll help MONOKEI communicate the mission to bring good things for everyone through digital and print spaces.

i. Roles and responsibilities:

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

• Collaborate with Product and Design teams to create launch strategies
• Develop and execute brand campaigns involving multiple stakeholders
• Drive brand communication strategies across regions and platforms
• Track metrics and success criteria for campaigns to maximise reach and effectiveness

ii. You:

• are an excellent communicator with the ability to clearly present ideas both verbally and visually
• have a degree in Marketing or equivalent
• have at least 4 years of hands-on marketing experience
• are familiar with marketing strategies and platforms
• have excellent project management skills
• have that local nuance, world conscious approach to marketing strategy
• have a passion for subcultures and small communities
• strong analytical skills with experience in ingesting and presenting data driven decisions

iii. Good To Have:

• Proficiency in non English languages (written and spoken)
