Where does MONOKEI ship to?

We ship to most countries!

Singapore orders

All local orders will be shipped by Qxpress.

We are unable to ship to restricted areas, including Changi Airport and Cargo Complex).

International Orders

For international orders, we offer the following shipping services:

  • DHL Express

DHL Express is handled completely by DHL's logistics network including last mile delivery.

While shipping prices tend to be higher, Express parcels are routed much more efficiently and frequently arrive within a shorter time frame. For example, an order shipped from Singapore to the Continental United States takes about 3-5 days including weekends.

We recommend selecting this option when possible.

  • Ninjavan

We also offer shipping via Ninjavan to selected South East Asian countries. Packages generally arrive about 5 - 20 business days after they are shipped out.

Orders with free shipping may be shipped by a different courier at our discretion. Remote surcharges may apply.

We're working to include more countries in our free shipping program. If you made an order that qualifies for free shipping but did not include the code, email us and we'll be able to help.

I can't seem to ship to an address. Why?

Our shipping prices and availability depend on our couriers. As such, we are obligated to suspend shipping to certain areas when there is a disruption of service in that particular area or country.

In addition, we are unable to offer certain tiers of shipping services to some countries given the high amount of chargeback requests or lost packages.

Has my order been shipped?

In-stock items

  • These orders are processed within 2-5 business days.

Group Buys / Pre-orders

  • These will be shipped in batches. Please refer to the Update page for more information.

Once your order has been shipped, you should receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Please contact your local postal service / shipment carrier if your tracking number has not been updated.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends and public holidays.

When will I receive my order after it has been shipped out?

Local Orders

Local orders should be delivered 1-3 days after your order has been picked up.

International Orders

  • DHL Express: 3 - 5 business days barring any additional customs delay.
  • Ninjavan: 5 - 20 business days depending on your local postal service.

These delivery times are subject to change. In light of the ongoing COVID-19 situation, delivery delays should be expected for all shipments, both local and international. Please use the provided tracking number to check on the status of your shipment.

Will I be charged taxes, customs fees and/or import duties?

Local Orders

All prices listed are inclusive of GST.

International Orders

International orders may be subject to duties and taxes based on the parcel value and shipment destination. Duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

When you place an international order, you agree to pay any applicable fees levied by your destination country. Please check with your local customs authorities for more information.

Why do I need to provide my tax ID?

As part of the requirement by the customs authorities in selected countries, the Tax Identification Number (TIN) is now required for orders to Indonesia, China, South Korea, India and Russia.

Is there a minimum order value?

In line with the VAT policy in the United Kingdom, we are only able to process orders with a minimum value of SGD255 (£135).
