Friendship sometimes begins like a good dream, you never quite know how you got there, and you'd love for it to never end. On rare occasions, one finds like-minded friends across oceans. We've worked closely with Lewis of Hand Engineering over the past year and a half, from releases such as the Bauhaus inspired Haus keyboard to a multi-coloured veneration of British racing history.

The box art features Lewis' favourite design elements drawn from a mixture of Bauhaus and mid century architecture. The elements pay homage to the inspiration behind the logo and portray a harmonious blend of the past and the future.

The keyboard


The Kage is a top mount TKL with an optional o ring mounting style available as well.

The keyboard is a distillation of both Hand Engineering and MONOKEI's take on a classic top mount TKL, with strong curves that arch towards the back of the kit while including subtler corners and USB port designs.

The MONOKEI x Hand Engineering Kage is in production and is scheduled to be delivered in Q3 2022. Extra units and parts will be sold at a later date.
