To join the raffle, first join the Koi Raffle System Discord server with your Discord account, ensure that you have verified your phone number with Discord. After you enter the server, react to the message with a 👍 to be verified to enter the raffle. Once the raffle has started, log onto the Koi Raffle website and you will see the raffle available. You will not see any links or raffles until the time of the raffle.

Winners will receive an email within 72 hours, we will announce on Instagram and Discord once the drawing of winners is complete. You’ll have 24 hours to pay your invoice after the email has been sent. If you do not pay by the deadline listed, your invoice will be cancelled and you will be banned from future raffles.

You must check out and pay with the same email address on your order. Changes will result in the cancellation of the invoice.

While we strive to provide a perfect experience no kit can be 100% flawless at our scale of production, as such the caveats are as follows:

• No scratches on exposed / user facing parts of the keyboard (after installation of plate & PCB).
• Possible machining marks / scratches on the inside of the kit / pieces not exposed to the user. This includes scratches arising from anodisation hooks.
• Screw holes are NOT anodised.
• Anodisation variation may be present between top and bottom pieces.
• Stainless steel surfaces may have slight micro-scratches and are only polished on their external surfaces. Machining marks may also be evident on the internal surfaces.
• KFE CE plates are Jane v2 ME compatible but may exhibit some bowing if installed with the authentication piece (they are perfectly fine once you remove the authentication piece)
