This is a common issue on Windows. Try the following method to pair your MONOKEI Standard:
- Head to Control Panel > Hardware and Devices > Devices and Printers.
- Click “Add a device”. A window should pop up. Select “MONOKEI Standard” from the UI and click “Next”.
- Click on “Or, try entering a passcode on it”.
- Type the passcode provided using your MONOKEI Standard and your device should be paired.
